Electronics is one of the most important elements of our daily life. The electronic items that we use in our day to day life include TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, cars, microwave ovens, MP3 players, laptops etc.. Electronics includes the science, engineering, technology and application that deal specifically with the flow, charge and discharge of electricity in vacuum and matter. Additionally, electronics also requires the design and manufacture of electrical circuits and diodes. This electrical work can be done in many forms like working on an integrated circuit, designing a computer circuit, programming a microchip, testing circuits using voltmeters, probes and inductors. There are many electronic projects which can be managed by the novice electronics enthusiast.

The electrical circuits are divided into three major groups – rectifiers, power semiconductors and load dividers.

Rectifiers are used in most electronic appliances to convert direct current into alternating current by means of conductors which are secured or looped on both the input and output sides of the circuit. On the other hand, power semiconductors are elements that generate electric energy in the movement of particles. The power produced by these semiconductors is subsequently converted to direct current through diodes and transistors. The load therefore is what moves the electrons around and the current generated is measured in amperes.

Components of electronics include integrated circuits, electronic machines and microprocessors. These active devices are comprised of microchips, printed circuit boards, diodes, resistors and capacitors. They are typically mounted on a substrate such as metal traces, printed circuit boards or breadboards. The passive components are typically made from non-volatile materials such as synthetic fibers, plastics, rubber or other synthetic fibers, non-metals and non-conductive materials. They are attached to electronic devices through ports such as interfaces on devices that use passive elements, interfaces on conductors which are electrically charged, or ports on the device’s surface which are in a state which allows the part to be billed.

Electrical apparatus have one circuit or unit that generates and transmits electric current. An electronic device is composed of one or more components which make or transfer electrical energy. In electronics, one type of electrical device is called an electromechanical system (EMS). These are devices that generate or transfer electrical energy. Some of these are appliances like fans or air conditioner, automobile ignition coils, fuse boxes, and solar panels.
